1. Software License Purchases

Since our products are digital software licenses (VyaparApp and BookKeeperApp) that are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

• The license key has not been activated or used
• The request is made within 7 days of purchase
• The software has a technical issue that cannot be resolved by our support team

2. Refund Process

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if the license key has not been delivered or activated. After this period, the purchase is considered final.
